Responsibilities:
Luxury Sales Apprenticeship:
- Making client satisfaction scores your number one priority
- Sustaining customer service scores at or above the regional average
- Greeting customers where ever you may be in the dealership
- Dress professionally to appeal to the general public
- Maintain an energetic, positive, and respectful attitude with everyone
- Listening to a client's wants and needs to determine which automobile is the right fit
- Presenting cars and SUVs in a knowledgeable yet professional manner
- Answering phone calls professionally and making appointments
- Contacting unsold showroom traffic
- Following up with "sold" customers till they purchase again and send referrals
- Prepared to take coaching and direction
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not required
- High school diploma/GED required
- Competent level of computer literacy
- Have good organizational skills
- Driver's license with a good driving record
- Substance screening required of all Performance Lexus RiverCenter employees
